Ronan Lapie – Co-Founder and President

Ronan, co-founder of SCB Solutions, brought with him 12 years of product
development and management experience in the security and smart card world.
-
Ronan served as Director for MasterCard International's Global
E-Business unit. Ronan was responsible for working with MasterCard's key
members to define their infrastructure and migration paths toward e-business
- including smart card applications and mobile commerce.

Prior to joining MasterCard, Ronan served as Director of Solutions & Support
with Bull CP8 and Schlumberger in North America, where he was responsible
for product customization for the North American market, pre-sales and
project management.

Previously, Ronan also served as a project manager with Bull CP8 in Europe.
His main projects were in the e-business and network security area.

Ronan is the holder of seven (7) US patents in the smart card and payment
technology areas and is recognized as among the most experienced smart card experts in the industry.

Ronan holds
bachelors and masters degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the
University of Technology of Compiègne, France, having also completed course
work toward those degrees at the University of Berlin, Germany, and the
University Of Waterloo, Canada.
Rod Donnelly – Co-Founder

Rod spent 19 years at DataCard Corp. in diverse district, regional and
national sales management positions. As Director of Sales, Insurance Market
he managed the growth of electronic member/subscriber ID and
claim capture. He was active in numerous HIPAA related industry teams.

In a previous DCC position, Rod supported the market development of
University Campus Card solutions through working with Sallie Mae and
resellers into the University market. His
DCC experience provided a very strong foundation in personalization
products, expertise and techniques.

Rod joined Bull CP8 in 1998 as Director of Sales for North America
managing very successful deployments in the financial, loyalty, campus and
access control markets. Rod also
managed the growth of the Indirect Channel supporting partners in migrating
to microprocessor smart cards and personalization skills.

His strength is understanding the need to intensely
scrutinize business processes, deployment issues and technical
specifications to meet the goals of the program.
